Built 48 is a construction management firm. We provide consulting, design, project management, renovation and development and are licensed for commercial and residential properties.

We focus on value-add multi-family real estate projects in strategic locations throughout Pima and Pinal County. With comprehensive knowledge of the latest industry options and available technologies we are able to provide proactive value-engineering for affordable, quality and profitable solutions.

Value-Add

Value-add real estate is property that requires improvements in order to increase its value. Such investment properties can be rundown due to the owners lacking the finances to make improvements or just sheer neglect. Investors can buy such distressed or value-add properties at a price below market value and make structural, physical, and operational improvements. This will help attract new tenants, reduce vacancy rates, and generate higher rents.

Value Engineering

Value engineering promotes the substitution of materials and methods with less expensive alternatives, without sacrificing functionality. The term value engineering (VE) is commonplace in the real-estate and construction industry. It refers to a systematic and organized approach for providing all necessary functions of a project at the lowest possible cost.
